What I Eat In A Day As A Russian Pt.2 | Simple and Tasty Food Recipes From Russia

In today's video I wanted to share with you our breakfast, lunch, and dinner from one day. We usually eat different meals but I picked ones for today that are considered more like traditional or very common meals in Russia and are simple to make. These are ones of our favorites that I cook pretty often and that are quite popular to eat among our friends and relatives too. I hope you'll like this video and feel hungry afterward😉 Thank you for watching!💛 💌 You can support me on Patreon:   / victoriaterekhina   ☕️ You also can buy me a cup of coffee at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/victoria... ◻️ TIMESTAMPS: beginning - breakfast 5:15 - lunch 8:40 - dinner ◻️ RECIPES: BLINI: We took: 1 liter of milk 4 eggs 1,5 glasses of flour 2 tb spoons of oil (+1 for a pan) salt and sugar - optional but make them tastier We did: Mix milk with eggs, salt, and sugar well. Slowly add flour and mix well for the uniform consistency without lumps. The dough must be liquid. Add oil. Heat the pan and add oil to the pan. Use a ladle to put some amount of dough on a pan - it should cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer. Fry from one side and flip. When ready put aside on a big plate and use butter to rub blin a little bit. Eat with sour cream, condensed milk or jam (or mix everything🤩) PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS AND SOUR CREAM SAUCE: We took: pasta 400g of Champignon mushrooms some butter or oil for frying 1-2 small onions 3-4 big spoons of sour cream 2 tb spoons of flour a bit of water cheese salt, pepper, and dry greens (greens are optional) We did: Put water for pasta to boil. Chop onions into small pieces and put them on a pan to fry. Chop mushrooms and add to onions. When mushrooms become smaller and darker add flour, mix well, add water, mix well, add sour cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper, and dry greens, mix well, put a lid on, make a very low heat and fry for 3 more minutes. When pasta is almost done, take it out from the water, put it into your sauce with mushrooms, and boil till it's done. Add grated cheese and mix a bit. Serve and also add a bit of cheese on top. You can add some fresh greens on top if you have them. KOTLETI: We took: 700g of chicken mincemeat 2-3 small onions two pieces of bread 1 egg salt, pepper, and dry greens (greens are optional) flour We did: Make the bread wet cut onions into very small pieces. Put mincemeat, egg, onions, smashed bread, salt, pepper, and greens together and mix them very well. Put flour on a plate and form kotleti using a spoon and the flour. Heat the pan with oil and fry kotleti from both sides. They should be golden brown from the outside and completely done inside. PURÉ: We took: 7-8 medium size potatoes 150-200 ml of milk butter bay leaves salt We did: Put the water to boil and add bay leaves. Wash, peel and cut potatoes into big pieces. Put them into boiling water. When potatoes are almost done add some salt. Get the water out and mash potatoes with some butter. Heat the milk quickly (hot but not boiling) and add some of it to potatoes, mix well. Puré should be very soft and creamy but not liquid so be careful with adding milk.
