This 2017 Toyota Corolla has been making a clicking type of noise intermittently. Often when he would take me for a road test we couldn't hear the noise. After a few months the noise is more distinct and I'm confident enough to call the left front CV axle. These are listed for over $500 cdn, so be sure before replacing. CV shafts or axles are very similar in design from one manufacturer to another and even from manual to automatic. Note that most manual axles will not fit automatic transmissions and vice versa.
