Two seats in the US House just flipped from Democrat to Republican, and both are in the state of Pennsylvania. Rob Bresnahan, a developer, won a district around Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Ryan MacKenzie is a state-level lawmaker who won a district near Allentown. This comes as Donald Trump won the Keystone State in the presidential election. Its 19 electoral college votes are the most of any battleground state. Prior to election day, both campaigns visited Pennsylvania countless times. Professor of Political Science at Grove City College and a contributor to the National Catholic Register, Dr. Paul Kengor, joins to share what the most important issues were to voters in Pennsylvania this election season and whether this success was a surprise.
