In a separate bowl Mix softened butter and cream cheese together until they form a creamy texture Add cream mixture to eggs and mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Grease cast iron skillet liberally with bacon grease. Pour in cornbread mixture and place in preheated over for 25 minutes, Allow to cool and then serve with your favorite keto soup.
