Today we are removing the transfer box actuator and replacing the gears inside due to 3 lights on the das 1- 4x4 light, 2- brake light, 3- ABS light and we get a horrible clicking noise when we switch the engine off these are all signs of the actuator gears worn / damaged, Once we replaced ours and started the car all lights where gone and no clicking , the plastic gears were less than £10 on eBay, Please remember always use axle stands and chocks whenever jacking a car up.
