ENDING CREDITS MUSIC David Cutter Music - http://www.davidcuttermusic.com ABOUT THIS VIDEO If you build strength in your arms, shoulders, and chest, you'll be able to fall forward more safely. The key is to be able to catch the weight of your body in a push-up. The other option when falling forward is to do a roll to disperse the force of the impact and turn into movement. As you get confident in your strength, you can start to practice forward falls from a low height, and then gradually increase the height. Make sure you always start on a soft surface so you don't hurt yourself as you practice your breakfall. #fallforward #breakfall #safetyathome #seniorfitness #safetyfirst #UprightHealth
