Ingredients For the crust 15 Digestive Biscuits 3 tbsp melted Butter For cream cheese mixture 150 grams Cream cheese 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1 cup Whipped cream 6 Rasmalai pieces For Top Layer Rasmalai Milk A few kesar strands 2 tbsp Mixed nuts 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour Method 1.In a grinder add digestive biscuits and grind into fine powder, transfer it into a bowl and add melted butter, mix well. Now transfer biscuits mixture into lined baking tray or spring bottom cake tin, spread it evenly with the help of spoon or bowl. Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes. 2. Now squeeze the liquid from the rasmalai, cut the rasmalai into 4 pieces and keep them aside. 3. Now add cream cheese and powdered sugar into another bowl, whisk until it becomes creamy. Then fold the cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Don't over mix it. Now transfer the cream cheese mixture on top of biscuit crust. Tap the baking tray twice. Now place the rasmalai pieces on top of the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes. 4.Now heat a pan, add rasmalai milk , kesar strands and mixed nuts. Mix well. 5.Bring it to a boil, once it has started to boil add in corn flour, mix continuously. There should be no lumps. 6. Cook until it thickens up and then turn off the flame. Bring it to room temperature and then pour the mixture on top of cream cheese mixture, garnish it will dried rose petals. Refrigerate it for 4-6 hours.
