Fluid Fortification is back again. Also copying Nita's notes, but instead of Speed, it's Special Attack that you need to keep below +1. But the fight also demands Sp. Atk and Sp Def drops and that's what NC Leaf is for. Extremely high RNG fight, the fight lives or ends whether or not NC Leaf can have enough Potion MPRs to keep the team healthy. Team wise, NC Leaf is literally just there to counter Evelyn's gimmick mostly. However, this fight LOVES to increase Sp. Atk and spamming Leer alone won't be enough, which is where Lilliegaleo comes in, she has 100% chance to -1 Sp. Atk whenever Buddy or non Buddy Sunsteel Strike hits something. Focus firing Evelyn with Leer spam + Sunsteel Strikes keeps that Sp. Atk in the negatives, just for Evelyn. Meanwhile, Arc Steven is there to keep the team alive and allow Lilliegaleo to start denting Evelyn via -2 Steel Rebuff. The biggest problems is the damage midway through the fight, NC Leaf is weak to Dragapult's Surf and Lilliegaleo is weak to Earthquake (Latios has it, and Hydreigon starts using it once Latios is down). And if Steel Zone is up, Lilliegaleo can't afford to give out Potions, so it's all on NC Leaf and Arc Steven's Potions. Simply, if NC Leaf gets enough Potions, it's likely a win, it's game over otherwise. Mechanics wise, I intentionally avoided clicking on B-Sunsteel Strike until after Lilliegaleo's Steel Zone via Field EXR expires to have an extra Steel Zone deeper into the fight. Afterwards, just start alternating between Sunsteel Strikes. I really wanted to keep Dragapult's Sp Atk down so NC Leaf spammed Leer until Latios was out so B Flare Blitz could keep it suppressed. I didn't need to click NC Leaf's TM because Arc Steven's TM already covered it. REMEMBER that Evelyn has a 60% forced HP threshold, it's why I aimed for Dragapult with Lilliegaleo's sync (not that it really mattered because it didn't crit). Arc Steven to Lilliegaleo for the rest of the fight. If I had NC Leaf's EXR, it would have been Arc Steven to NC Leaf to Lilliegaleo for the rest of the fight. Vigilance on Lilliegaleo and NC Leaf to avoid any crit, AS Steven already has that innately so Adrenaline 1 to fix quad queue when he synced.
