I decided to replace the rear springs to a heavy duty set. Includes (8) Bushings & (4) Stainless Sleeves Heavy Duty Rear Leaf Spring Kit - May Ride Stiff Easy Installation (MADE IN USA) 3 leaf springs and almost double the thickness of the original. The time to install was approximately 3 hours and that includes replacement of the 2 rear tail lights to LED. Not too bad considering I had no power tools and the golf cart is over 10 years old, I had to use lots of Penetrating oil on the U bolts and Bushings bolts were frozen, I almost thought i had to cut them off. But everything went according to plan. If you plan to do this yourself be sure to use Caution when working under the cart, it may not be as heavy as a Automobile but it can cause some serious injuries if not careful.
