Three Month Long Treasure Hunt Proposal (Shar and Snoozie's Proposal Video)

I have never posted on YouTube before this but thought this is probably the best video to start off with. A little back story, Sneha and I have been dating for the last 3 years and have been very open about wedding plans with each other (and the family too). So it was particularly challenging to pull off a proposal that would come of as a surprise. The only way that made sense to me was to hide it behind our birthdays. Although Sneha says she doesn't like surprises, yet she loves them! So I had to make a big deal out of it. So I setup a website, and would post a game every other week or so. The 6 games that she played from January to April were 1) Crossword, 2) Picture puzzle 3) Maze 4) Riddles + Bakeoff 5) Letter writing 6) Sudoku. All these activities she loves and was super excited for each game. She would look forward to me posting these games and winning the rewards. She was in love with the idea that her birthday is being celebrated for months! Little did she know, that the reward cards that she was winning had clues to the treasure hunt. Because they were just cards, there was a mysterious build up to what is actually the purpose of them. It was a cool novelty that she was holding onto the clues of her treasure hunt for months. The treasure hunt itself was more like redeeming all her rewards in one day. The rewards were all about pampering her and getting her ready for the main event! My cousins delivered some clues to her and accompanied her through this process. As I set up the premise quite well, she had no idea that this treasure hunt would end up in a proposal! At the restaurant, everything was setup so beautifully. The weather was surprisingly pleasant towards the end of April (quite breezy) and the sunset was stunning in the backdrop. My cousins hid and setup a camera to capture the moment. When I popped the question, which was indeed a genuine surprise to her, I got an amazing reaction! So worth the effort!
