It's hard to wait when we want something really bad, but the very best thing to do is to pray and wait for the Lords perfect timing. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Questions for Further Discussion: 1) What is patience? 2) Why is it important to have patience? 3) Why is it so hard to wait? 4) How can we be more patient? 5) Can you think of a time that you had to wait for something? 6) Do we need God's help to wait for His best? 7) Look up Genesis 18:1-15 to see Abraham and Sarah’s story. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Science Experiment: Here are the instructions for this experiment so you can reproduce this lesson for your kids or class. Materials: -cup -raw egg -white vinegar Directions: -place the raw egg gently into the cup -completely cover the egg with vinegar -leave the egg totally submerged for 24 hours tip: my egg kept floating to the surface (If I had to do it over again, I would choose a longer, straighter cup and fill it with more vinegar).
