You know it, you love, the Chalcedony is an all time favorite floorplan here at Recreational Resort Cottages and we are bringing it to you with some new flare. We have named this model the Chalcedony Squared and you'll see why in just a moment. On the exterior base colors we chose to stay neutral to allow the home flexibility to fit in many environment but to throw in a pop we topped it off with a copper metal roof. We continued more of the neutral vibe on the interior with a lot of white and grey tones throughout. Towards the front of the home, you have a large open living room that is lit with tons of natural lighting. Built into the wall is a large entertainment center with storage, TV prep and a LED fireplace. To the back of the RV Park Model is where you will find the majority of the layout going from your kitchen, to down a hall with more storage and W/D hookups, your bathroom, and then lastly your primary bedroom with built in closets/dresser. Back towards the front of the home is where the name The Chalcedony "Squared" comes from, in a traditional Chalcedony floorplan where the stairs, leading to one of the largest lofts in a park model and kitchen counter come out angled in a home. However, in this tiny home we chose to square things off.
