If you like draft beer this episode is for you! As part of our mobile bar trailer conversion I needed to build a Keezer for our tap system so I decided to document the process. A Keezer essentially allows you to keep kegs at a regulated temperature either in your home (or trailer in this case). If you watch the video from start to finish I go from start to finish and share a lot of helpful tips along the way. A few Important notes that weren't mentioned. - If you plan to use the keezer for a non carbonated drink you need nitrogen not C02 -Make sure you avoid drilling into the freezer itself as it could damage the cooling or wiring If you enjoy this video please consider giving it a like and subscribe. Brief Background of Rum and Colt Rum and Colt is a mobile bar that was conceived in the Summer of 2020. It is a 90’s horse trailer that we are converting to a bar on wheels for use at weddings, parties and corporate events. When we purchased the trailer we thought it would be a quick conversion and we could start using it relatively quickly but we soon learned that was not the case. Through this series I will be taking you through the remaining projects all the way to the finished project ! Hope you enjoy it!
