Join me for an absolutely wild Spec Miata Runoffs at Road America. After switching to my backup car and losing my 7th place qualifying time, I had to start in 19th. What a wild ride. TOTAL INSANITY Total mayhem as drivers run off the track, slide back on in front of the pack, causing total mayhem. We end up with two full course yellows and several laps run under caution. Not our finest hour by far. For me it was a total rush, I move up, move back, made some smart moves and some not so smart moves. But my best is just after the 1st restart at 9mins where I overtake 9 drivers through T5. But just didnt have the pace to compete! Hopefully next year!
