I decided to try my hand at making a Dorodango sphere. Soil combinations used - all from my property, nothing special. Equal parts clay and sandy soil with dry straw. Equal parts clay and sandy soil without dry straw. Topsoil, just below the grass layer with dry straw. All versions had a similar end result.
