[TT1] Positioning Centre-Backs - PES 2013 Tactics

This is my first tactical tutorial and this time I'm focusing on the position of centre backs, this relates heavily to the parameters in the respective strategy. The advantages of pushing up centre backs to get closer to midfield are that teams get pushed away from your goal and defenders get more involved with attacks; the disadvantage is that teams have more room to run in behind especially risky if they have pace up front. The advantages of defending deep is the ability to nullify a pacey attack by giving them no space to run into but the disadvantage is that pressure invited and opposition midfielders have lots of space to dominate. In this video I outline the two extremes and the in between.
