Cage's Design: The style of the cage is a very important factor. you should try to find a horizontal cage rather than a straight upright one, avoid round cages as well. Cage's Placement: Where you place your cage plays very important role in your budgies health and safety, avoid windows and drafts, and watch out from small children and pets. Cage's Features: Make sure your cage can easily be cleaned, and have different perches for your budgies to perch on.
