Lettuce Salad With Egg Recipe Ingredients: 1tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice 1tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp honey or sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4tsp pepper 1tbsp mayonnaise lettuce 2pcs tomatoes 1 medium size onion 45g cheese (Magnolia or Eden) 2 hard boiled eggs dried basil leaves Lettuce Salad With Egg Recipe Procedure: In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar/lemon juice, olive oil, honey, pepper and salt. Then add 1tbsp mayo, mix well and set aside. Hard boil 2pcs eggs for 12-15mins. Then place them in a bowl with normal water and let it cool down. When it cools down, remove the eggshell and set aside. Then chop and combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese. Add the prepared salad sauce. Add the sliced boiled eggs on top.
