Ah vacation! It's wonderfully rejuvenating and exhausting all at once, haha!! Maybe it's the fact that I'm introverted and vacations usually involve more social time. And as an introvert, even though I really do love people, I also find it very draining to be in social situations. So this for this week's video, I'm choosing to honour how I'm feeling physically and I'm keeping my process simple.
