Place them in a mixing bowl. To the same bowl, add salt as per taste and lemon juice. Let it rest for 30 minutes Then, add white vinegar, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala, curd/yogurt ginger garlic paste. Mix well and coat chicken legs with the masala. Let the masala reach every slit. Let it rest for 30 minutes To a hot pan, add cooking oil for shallow frying. Place the marinated chicken legs one by one. Shallow fry them for about 5 minutes on a medium flame. After 5 minutes, flip them over and cook for 5 more minutes on the other side. Fry them on sidewise to ensure even cooking. Fry them evenly on all sides for about 15 minutes. Transfer them off the oil after 15 minutes. Get ready for a mouthful bite.
