At P385, the iWata USB fan is one of the most expensive on the market. But is that a bad thing? With a 12 month warranty, additional safety features, an 11 hour runtime and the peace of mind that comes from buying a branded item, many would say it's worth the extra money. After testing the CM15RHF-02 fan from iWata for around a week, I've been quite impressed. It has an impressive air flow considering how low power it is. I don't know if it's due to the high efficiency PCB, the unusual fan blade design or the fan motor itself, or a combination of them all. But whatever it is, it works! With a 1A charging input, you won't have to wait all night before you can hit the streets again with your fan. It also features a unique safety feature wherein it will pause charging the battery and only draw enough power for the fan itself, if you turn it on while charging. Personally I'd rather be able to charge the fan and use it at the same time, but I know many people will appreciate this additional safety feature. The supplied USB charge cable is acceptable but not great.
