NASB 1995 Grace & Truth Study Bible

While I love a good premium, I’ll always have a soft spot for a well done cloth over board. It just has such a classic/vintage look. It’s also awesome to have the Grace and Truth Study Bible from Zondervan in the NASB95. This translation just seems more fitting with Al Mohler and his team than the NIV (though I don’t have an issue with the NIV). The one thing I don’t love about this bible is the words of Christ in red. In this instance I think there are too many colors going on. It has the dark blue letters for the main text, gold accents, and then red letters. Just too much. However, the premium version does not have the red letters, so that’s an option if you don’t like the them, you can spend the extra. This is essentially the exact same setup as the NIV, but set to the NASB ComfortPrint. It is a 9pt font, with the classic center column references, and of course it has the Dictionary Concordance Thesaurus set to the NASB.
