Take ½ cup of ragi and ½ cup of green gram in a bowl 2. Wash it thoroughly 3. Now add 3 cups of water and soak it for 6 hours 4. Now transfer the soaked ragi and green gram into a blender 5. Add 1 sprig of curry leaves, 1 green chili, a small piece of ginger,10 small onions,1 tsp of jeera, ¼ tsp of asafoetida powder and a little salt 6. Add a little water and grind this into a smooth batter. 7. Transfer it into a bowl 8. It should be in the consistency of dosa batter 9. Now heat a dosa tawa over medium flame and grease it with oil 10. Pour 1 ladle of batter and spread it evenly 11. Sprinkle a few drops of oil 12. After 1 minute, flip it over 13. Cook the other side also for 1 minute 14. Now it is ready, take it out 15. This will go well with onion tomato chutney or coconut chutney. 16. Please try it out and post your feedback
