This was really one of the best places I have ever been to. I am not talking about a fancy decoration, a cozy place or anything unrelated to real taste. I am talking about the real Döner, prepared by a master who has been doing it for a very long time, ever since he was a young boy back in 1988. First of all, Master Selami was a very kind, energetic and humble person. He is one the guys that makes you feel good for no reason. But the other reason for me was that, as soon as I meet him and asked for a shooting he said I need to eat first, and offered me a dish full of Döner right away. What I had was ultimately delicious, juicy and perfectly cooked. His meat comes straight from the black sea live stock and it is one of the primary reasons why the place is that good. This place has also been reviewed and recommended by Vedat Milor, who is one of the top Turkish gourmets. And it is no surprise that he also loved it.
