Today, I will be sharing Super easy Cornbread recipe. It's one of my family's favorite corn recipes that I make at least once or twice a month. There is no difficult process at all ! It’s really super simple cornbread recipe that anyone can make 🌽💛 An important point in this recipe ! 📝 Do not use fine corn flour, which is often used. You should use a coarse grain of corn flour called Polenta. As a result of making a recipe using both, it was difficult to make a delicious and moist cornbread with regular fine corn flour. The texture was so weird, and the scent of corn was hardly felt. I didn’t like it at all. However, if you use Polenta, you can make delicious cornbread that is full of aroma and has a great texture ☺️ Please make sure to use Polenta for this recipe. Кукурузный крахмал 50г = Please prepare ✓ Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal. Preheat oven to 180℃ (356℉). 1. Put the amount of canned corn, eggs, whipped cream, and melted unsalted butter into a blender and grind finely. (Drain the canned corn before adding.) 2. Put all the remaining dry ingredients in a clean bowl and mix. Add in corn batter and mix well with a whisk to combine. 3. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉). (When the tops start to crack and begin to have an even yellow color, cover with aluminum foil and bake the rest of the time.
