Frank Romano's History of Printing in 15 Minutes

The Rochester Institute of Technology has a set of 24 paintings commemorating the history of print. Professor Frank Romano challenged a group of students to let him “talk” to Johann Gutenberg in one of the paintings. They learned how to use green screen technology. Frank and Matthew Poliniak then brought it all together. The result is “Frank Romano’s History of Printing in 15 Minutes.” The Museum of Printing in Haverhill, Massachusetts has the only set of duplicates of these paintings.
