This is a playthrough using Orochi Leona in the Arcade version of The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match. Read on below for more information... NOTE: Infinite super gauge cheats used. Orochi Leona is one of the possible mid-bosses, and she is a non-selectable character in this version of the game. ===== ABOUT OROCHI LEONA ===== She is in the awakened state of the Orochi blood (Riot Of The Blood), which makes her more powerful and also become crazy as a result. ===== GAMEPLAY ===== She has exactly the same movelist as her regular counterpart, with the differences being that her movements (not attacks) are much faster and she has lower jumps. She is designed to be an ultra aggressive character. ===== OTHER INFORMATION ===== ---- Despite being a non-selectable character, she has multiple alternate colour palettes. ---- As he is a non-selectable character, her icon does not appear on the character select screen roster grid. ---- Despite being a non-selectable character, her icon and name appears perfectly in the Ranking screens. ---- She does not seem to be part of any special Teams. ---- In gameplay, she has sprites/animations for when she is the "inactive" character in the background plane. She uses the same "been defeated" sprites as regular Leona here. ---- Her icon and portrait images are new for KOF98UM. ---- As she is considered to be an "alternate" version of regular Leona, her name text is coloured red. ===== ABOUT ARCADE KOF98UM ===== This is basically a remake of KOF'98 which features all the characters in the series from KOF94 to KOF97. As well as new artwork for the new (and some old) characters, it also has new/old stage backgrounds and new or extra music for certain events. The most "significant" feature is probably the addition of Goenitz and Orochi as possible final bosses. Changes are also made to the gameplay and mechanics obviously.
