CHICKEN RICOTTA MEATBALL RECIPE: INGREDIENTS - 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 large egg 4 garlic cloves, minced (Mix these 3 together first) THEN ADD: 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried basil Mix and form into meatballs, brown them on the stove, then put in crockpot on low with your favorite sauce.
