Video 201 Sept 15th or so till Sept 28th 2024

I'm finding that I go through waves of being very strong and then a drop off and then I slowly climb back up to strength again. I'm seeing though that my baseline strength levels are getting higher, which is a great sign. That means that as long as I stay consistent, workouts, eating sleeping etc, I'll slowly continue to make progress. Didn't get any footage of jumping on Saturday but I was playing ball extremely well and out jumping everyone for rebounds and even had a SICK block on one of the best players as he was coming in on a fast break. BAM. Holiday Monday tomorrow (Sept 30 2024 is Truth and Reconciliation Day) so no gym unfortunately, but gonna go shoot some hoop and then play some vball with the 902 crew. PEACE
