Join this channel to get access to perks:    / @masterchefpankajbhadouria   Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN ***************************************************************************** Chicken Cutlet Preparation time : 5 minutes Cooking time : 5 minutes Servings : 3-4 Ingredients: 500 gm chicken breast (chilled) 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced ginger 1 tbsp chopped green chilies Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp roasted cumin coriander powder ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon Juice 1 cup Flour for coating 2 Eggs for coating 1 cup Bread Crumbs for coating Oil for frying For Mustard Sauce: 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds ¼ cup vinegar 1 tsp chopped green chilies 3-4 garlic ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp water Method: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Churn in a blender to make a mince. In a bowl add chicken mince, ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt, dred chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, black pepper powder, oil, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix everything well. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Now first apply the refined flour then the egg and in the end in bread crumbs and coat it properly. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy from both sides. Remove and rest for 3-4 minutes and serve.
