This is just one of the many steps in my industrial farmhouse kitchen renovation. * One tip for completing this project is to make sure you are prepared with a dust mask, paint tray, paint shirt, sand paper, and a rag. * Make sure you allow each coat of stainless steel paint to dry for 1 hour between coats. * Watch for drips and remove them before they dry. * When painting the inside of the refrigerator I did not wait the full hour between coats, but make sure to complete the whole process and not let it sit for multiple days. * Keep your paint wet when using the brush to avoid smudges in the paint. * Make sure you brush in the appropriate direction for the grain, vertical for refrigerators and horizontal for stoves and dishwashers.
