LMS Stanier Class 5 44871 hauled The Dalesman railtour from Hellifield to Carlisle and return over the Settle Carlisle line in glorious sunshine today, we first see the Black 5 with eleven on and 47760 on the rear at Selside Cottages then on the return seen from a windy hillside rounding Mallerstang corner through to Shotlock cutting, with running early it looked like the five was signal checked just before the summit so crawled along after that, hope you enjoy and thanks for watching.
