Scooter Cannonball 2021 // Day 10: Finally Reaching the California Coast!

Welcome back to our Super Cub Scooter Cannonball Run trip! Today is Wednesday, July 21, 2021, and we are riding our final 412 miles from Fernley, NV to Eureka, CA. This is a long ride today, so skip around with the chapter markers below. We faced numerous obstacles during our trip, from weather to animals, gravel and potholes to crazy mountain passes. We managed to keep our bikes upright throughout the trip with zero accidents or drops, and we didn't have a single mechanical failure! Aside from burning through rear tires and engine oil, our bikes made it through this endurance challenge without a single failure and don't seem to be any worse for the wear. Additionally, our ‪@KIPMoto‬ SherpaX trailers performed flawlessly! We can't imagine how different our trip or the equipment load out would have been without these amazing trailers. They carried our moto-camping supplies, spares, fuel, oil, and all of the tools needed to be self-sufficient on the road for 10K miles. I will continue this series with our return trip to Texas. We stopped to motocamp in the Grand Canyon, chased alongside freight trains in the desert, and took a hot air balloon ride in New Mexico.
