First Battle: Press and hold Square. Press and hold Square. Second Battle: Be aggressive, but make sure to block. This will stop it from using Earsplitting Howl. Remaining Battles: Just dodge attacks and cast Thundaga. With the HP and MP Absorption materia, you can use it as much as you want and be healed by it. Challenge was done with Weapon Level 8.
