This film/video is in the public domain. I am simply the last person alive who worked on this. You are free to use it so don't even ask for the "rights" to this. I am not interested in any credit or payments for the use of this film. The original is not available. This is a 1970 film about Seattle and shot by members of the Seattle Amateur Movie Club (1946-1994). This contains about 4 minutes of the Seattle Center and the Monorail from that same year. The original film was a bit longer with a guy dressed up in a "dutch" costume, supposedly as an exchange student. I removed those sections and the titles for that version so what is here now is the basic Regular 8mm silent footage. Additional 1970 footage: • Seattle in 1971: "A Time To Live" By the way, voting this video "down" is funny. It is a "public domain" historical piece and all of the folks who created it are dead, except for me. So I am not sure why you would vote it down. It's highly amusing. It's just history. Perhaps we are into a new era of pettiness..... The music is just something I got from YouTube.
