This is a tasting of some of Chef Patrick Co’s innovative dishes from his award winning restaurants The Fat Cow and The Asian Cow in Davao City. It's a long video and I have purposely only lightly edited the finished product. It’s mainly a conversation between two talented chefs, Gene Gonzalez and Patrick Co. Two chefs at the top of their game and at polar opposite ends of their careers. Also, it’s worth noting that Chef Gene actually trained Chef Patrick at his school the Centre for Asian Culinary Studies. They have a long association and a deep respect for one another.
