Where There is a Lamp, There is a Way! | Ayan Pal | TEDxDAVSchoolU8

The 12-year-old Ayan once got to watch an Oscar-winning animated movie. And though it was just a movie for almost everyone else who watched it, it was a life-changing inspiration for Ayan who badly wanted to be like the main character in the movie. Being a multi-tasker, Ayan has been handling several things in life with ease. And how has he been able to do it? Through his magic lamp! Watch the speaker talk about his magical life experiences and explain about how you can also find your own magic lamp if you wish to add some magic in your life. Ayan Pal is a man who walks with several talents in his wallet. An IT Consultant, an author, a speaker, an educator with a passion for volunteering he has several awards to his credit. He has mentored students, delivered keynotes, conducted workshops, and judged events across some of India’s top institutes like the IITs and IIMs. As an author, he has contributed to numerous bestselling anthologies and co-authored ‘Crossed and Knotted’ which made it into the LIMCA Book of Records. He has been awarded by British Council for his contribution in the field of arts and had his work showcased to the Prince of Wales – Prince Charles as a part of celebrations to highlight 70 years of cultural exchange between India and the UK. He was listed by Hindustan Times as one of India’s Top 5 Writers. He is a member at Toastmasters International and has been a former District Champion and three-times DTM too. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
