Fishing for Shad and Kob at Uvongo Pier - Fishing in KZN South Coast

This was one of my fishing trips on the Kwazulu Natal South Coast at a place called Uvongo. The was a couple of shad early in morning and I managed to get two on the (Littma Sagoshi lure , 110cm, 37g). We noticed the shad were getting injured and suspected a big fish was trying to grab them . Alan was quick to put out a live shad and , it wasn't long before a lovely 15Kg Kob took his live bait. His Son Dwayne was near the rod and grabbed it, He fought the fish very well . What a lovely fish, well done Dwayne. This was a lovely day and memories to last forever.
