When you are on camera over and over again, each time you’re on camera becomes less of a big deal. Here are a couple of tips: 1. Stream live to NOBODY. You can create an Instagram account with no followers and go live to them, just to get used to it 2. Send videos of yourself to close friends and family who you don’t fear will judge you.
