However, he seemed to have forgotten about Job. Job was struck by sickness by Satan because God was allowing him to be tested. Job grew in character as a result of this sickness despite everything he suffered and lost. Its clear that he is trying to have a dig at Just Peters and in the process he shoots himself in the foot. The Bible is filled with various accounts of people becoming sick and not being instantly healed. We need to be careful and search the scriptures daily to test these false teachers.
