Lebanon's Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has delivered his first televised speech since the device attacks that killed at least 32 people. Nasrallah warned, the recent events “were a declaration of war” and said Israel had violated red lines by detonating thousands of pagers, radios and walkie-talkies. He blamed Israel and the US for the attacks that he called “a terrorist act” and a “massacre”. Nasrallah also admitted this week's attacks were an 'unprecedented blow' to the resistance movement, but said, Hezbollah will not fall.
