Hey everyone the specific strip in this plate is very expensive compared to the standard 5050 strips! this strip is 4mm wide and is why I use it in this plate to keep the thickness of the plate down. I do sometimes get rgb strips and the like from Amazon but not Adafruit , Adafruit is cool but they are premium on the price if you know what I mean... I mainly order from Aliexpress but there I have to get the order in 3 weeks before I actually need it because of shipping times being in china etc! the strip used in this plate cost 16 dollars a meter and to give you an example to other prices the standard 5050 strip I can get 5 meters of the 12v 5050 rgb for 5 dollars and that works out to be $1.65 a meter so 1.65 to 16.00 price difference and this plate used a total of 1 meter of the 4mm strip !
