What's used in 20 Newport Pkwy and 1 Shore Lane is: Truth Hardware 9-1/2" Rear Mount Left Hand Casement Window Operator With Pivot Shoe. When ordering the part, it is very important to get the size right (9 1/2) and to get the options right (Rear Mount, Left Hand, With Pivot Shoe), otherwise it just won't fit, of course.
