Chop up finely onion and carrot. 2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil and fry the onion, carrot and green peas until readiness for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat. 3. Salt to taste and add the ground chili pepper to the veggies, stir and push aside the fried vegetables to the half of the pan.
