Paint your own pet by using the same style. On Patreon I share the reference photo, my progress watercolour photos the line drawing a pdf booklet and a full list of supplies used during this tutorial. I painted this loose style pet portrait in watercolour with 4 colours, Daniel Smith Sodalite Genuine / Alizarin crimson / French Ultramarine & Nickel Azo Yellow. By Mixing the colours well together you get a beautiful black colour. Take note that various shades start emerging on the palette with hints of yellow blue and red. By starting with these mixed shades you create greater depth at the end. I would also like to thank a dear friend of mine for allowing me to paint her beautiful dog Tyson in watercolour.
