Hobo Stew After my Dad got out of the Navy, he and his friends made this "stew" that is full of "flavor." He says it's not for the faint of heart or faint of stomach for that matter either. Enjoy! My dad had a fun time cooking this and writing the ingredients and instructions. Ingredients: 1 - 20oz can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew 1 - 15oz can of Hormel Chili no beans 1- 14oz can of Hormel Mary Kitchen Corn Beef Hash Onion chopped Black pepper to taste Cheeze-Its to garnish Side dish: Jiffy Corn Bread Instructions: Put a reasonable amount of olive oil in a cooking pot. Brown desired amount of chopped onions and then add the corn beef hash. On medium heat brown the hash until it starts getting crunchy. Add chili and stir well, then add the beef stew. Add pepper to taste and cook until evenly warm best served hot. Serve over Jiffy corn bread. Corn bread instructions are located on the box. For an added touch, you can garnish with Cheeze-Its.
