This time we unbox and install Banks' Derringer Tuner, w/Switch with ActiveSafety for a 2017-2019 CHEVY/GMC 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax L5P. We are using a 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 L5P in the video. Banks Claims that this controller adds up to 61 hp and 112 lb-ft, has 3 power levels, works while in cruise-control. Interfaces with your OBDII Port to communicate directly with the vehicle ECU. Banks claims that their ActiveSafety protects your engine, transmission/powertrain from detonation, and damage by monitoring parameters at over 50 times a second.
