Have his carcase - the second Book of D.L.Sayers featuring Lord Peter Wimsey together with Harriet Vane - perfectly played by Edward Petherbridge and Harriet Walter. It's a four part miniseries and although it has been some time since I read the book, I think they have adapted it wonderfully. The chemistry between the ever wooing Lord Peter and the always defensive Harriet comes across beautifully. Plot summary: Harriet stumbles across a body on the beach and notifies the police and the press. As soon as Lord Peter hears about it he comes after her to help her and the police solving the case.
