2021 RunTru 14 Heat Pump - Full Defrost Cycle W/Steam

I recording these units last year shortly after they were installed. Only one of them was running then, however, I came by today and found both frozen. After a few minutes of waiting, the larger one kicked into defrost and shut off a couple seconds later. I managed to get a start up in defrost and captured the exit.
