CODE VEIN has a unique style than any other souls-like games considering its made with an anime style, it's definitely not the hardest souls-like game out there but it has its very punishing times, there's a lot you can do with the character customisation, the stats aren't too in depth so you don't need to worry about putting your points in the wrong place because they only go into levelling you up, gameplay was okay, nothing too special but again it was a fun time, boss fights were either easy or a bit challenging, I was using heavy weapons so maybe it was more challenging there not being able to roll properly but overall it was good, unique and a nice spin on the souls-like genre.
